PITCH COMPETITION

What is it?

The pitch competition takes place on Friday, the final day of Academy, from 10 am to 1 pm CST. Each Academy team will have 10 minutes to pitch their solution in front of our judge's panel, followed by  2-3 minutes of Q&A.

Up to 3 winners will be selected by the Health System judging panel. Winners will be invited to present at an Academy Showcase tied to our bi-annual PHIR Roundtables in front of our PHIR membership.

Judging Criteria

  1. Market Fit: Are you solving a relevant provider problem?

  2. Innovative: Rating the quality and uniqueness of your innovation (and your ability to speak to it)

  3. Fundamentals: Your leadership team, funding, and credibility of your solution overall

  4. Potential Impact: Current or potential data around ROI, clinical outcomes, engagement, etc.

  5. Quality of Presentation: Clear, concise, and complete

You will be paired with a designated advisor and meet 1 on 1 before, during, and after Academy for a total of 3 hours.

Breakout Advisory

You will be paired with an advisor directly following two of our sessions on Tuesday/Thursday for a half hour each to delve into your solution 1 on 1 with regard to those topics.

GRADUATE PROGRAM

The Academy graduate program and bundled advisory services was designed to support innovators in a full year of “insanely actionable” takeaways. Like the Academy, these services were built as a direct result of requests from CEO’s & founders. Services can be purchased a-la-carte or as an annual package; services and pricing exclusive to Academy graduates. 

Annual Package | $10,500 ($3,000 total discount):

For a full year of actionable insanity, bundle all three services. 

 

Continue the Conversation | $2,500

Loved working 1x1 with your Advisor Coach? Continue the conversation by booking three hours on retainer with your Advisor to use throughout the year. This service is also a great option to get a second opinion by booking this time with another expert of your choice. Your three hours can be booked individually by the hour or in incremental hour blocks of your choice. 

 

Dive Deeper | $5,000

The deep dive is an opportunity to work with two of our advisors in a half day, three-hour immersion to go deeper on a specific topic or agenda of your choice. This option is best for teams looking to work through a specific problem or strategy in the near term. Many teams find this type of session helpful to talk through topics like pricing, GTM strategy or product positioning. 

 

Academy Graduate Program | $5,000

The graduate program is designed to be an extension of our core Academy programming by providing group discussion, peer networking and “insanely actionable” sessions 1x month. For the sake of developing a trusted peer network, we recommend the same two attendees attend each session (however, we remain flexible in choosing to do what works best for your team). This program is only available the year immediately following Academy graduation.
