AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Manager, Global Benefits and Wellbeing to join its Human Resources department in Duluth, GA. Only 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, Duluth is home to AGCO headquarters. The location allows easy access to the big city lifestyle that Atlanta provides. The headquarters have grown to now include over 500 employees.
This role provides strong program management skills to lead key benefits and wellbeing initiatives. Passionate leader who has strong vendor and communication skills to work cross-functionally in a global organization. Flexible individual who is self-motivated and able to work in complex and dynamic environments to drive positive outcomes. This role will be responsible for the administration and expansion of our global benefits programs, manage vendor performance, market trends, regulatory compliance, governance, and benefits wellbeing strategy.
What you will do:
Manages assigned implementation and conversion projects. Develops project plans, coordinates required resources and manages to budget and timelines.
Acts as a subject matter expert regarding assigned benefits function on various cross-functional site integration teams and geographical work streams.
Selects, develops, manages, and evaluates vendor reports; manages and implements vendor requirements and ensures customer service levels are met.
Reviews and analyzes complex data on benefit plan utilization, costs and trends and makes recommendations for enhancements, cost savings, or potential changes. Identifies inconsistencies and resolves discrepancies through research and reconciliation.
Keeps abreast of updated or new benefit-related laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies. Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Travel requirements: up to 25%
What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, or related field.
5+ years of relevant experience, with 1-3 years of program and vendor management experience.
Knowledge of benefits plans and policies, Understanding of federal and state regulations on Benefits, Retirement, and Leaves of Absence
Robust communication skills and ability to interpret benefits and wellbeing features to a broad audience.
