WHAT YOU’LL DO
BCG’s Global Benefits Center of Expertise is seeking a Manager to advise our local HR and Finance teams in on their benefits and wellbeing strategy, plan design, employee communications and operating decisions in line with BCG’s philosophy and guidelines. You’ll build the benefits and wellbeing knowledge and skills in our systems through training, best practice sharing and communications.
Provide expert advisory services to local HR and Finance teams on all topics related to employee
benefits and wellbeing, and help them keep their offering market-leading and aligned to BCG’s
employee value proposition.
Advise local offices in their benefit practices and ensure compliance with global guidelines, including
contract renewals and negotiations, changes to existing plans, vendor and broker selection and
management, change management and benefit design for new offices and businesses.
Collaborate with our Global Benefits & Wellbeing Director and local HR to develop wellbeing
roadmaps, execution plans and communication strategies.
Help embed Wellbeing@BCG at a country and system level so that is at the core of their benefits
offering and aligned with the global framework and BCG’s Employee Value Proposition.
Support the implementation of the MyBenefits enrollment and communication platform in designated
Partner with local offices to evaluate, benchmark, interpret and recommend modifications to current
benefit programs and policies as well as provide guidance on future programs that are consistent with
BCG’s reward strategy and assure alignment with external regulatory compliance and BCG’s internal
Support new business initiatives by researching market practice, conducting benchmarking and
developing recommendations for benefit and wellbeing offering.
Collaborate with Senior Managers and Directors on internal global benefits projects, as part of our
Monitor trends, drive improvements that support continuous evolution of programs and services to
earn and keep employee and business partner trust and to deliver a positive employee experience.
Develop strong relationships with other global, regional and system HR and Finance subject matter
YOU’RE GOOD AT
Relationship building and influencing key stakeholders, in partnership with cross-functional leaders to gain approvals on proposals and recommendations
Providing expert advise to senior stakeholders to enable them to make informed decisions
Working with a high degree of autonomy of discretion through ambiguous circumstances
Bringing a creative, consultative approach to problem-solving
Communicating effectively (written and verbal) at all levels of the firm
Collaborating with virtual teams
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
7+ years of relevant experience either from a top-tier benefits consulting firm or a global benefits role
within a heavily matrixed organization.
Deep and broad global benefits knowledge, including healthcare, life and disability insurance, pensions, car plans, time off, leaves of absences, voluntary benefits and flex programs as well as wellbeing
Forward-thinking and ability to leverage experience to shape and drive change and innovation.
Strong negotiation and vendor management experience.
Proven track record of working effectively with people across a large, complex organization to create and launch innovative, successful solutions.
Deep analytical skills, experience working with and communicating large amounts of health and welfare data, experience establishing and tracking program metrics.
Foreign language fluency, preferably Spanish or French (oral and written)
YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be a member of the Global Benefits Centre of Expertise working closely with other COE members. You will also work with local, regional and global HR and Finance teams and external vendors.
