We are looking for a Director, Life@ to continue to elevate our employee experience and to drive our long-term engagement for our Time Away and Family strategies. This role requires someone who is a visionary expert who can deliver against our signature employee experience and reinvent the market place. This is a highly strategic and impactful role on the Facebook Life@ team. This role will lead a team of Life@ Program Managers. This collaborative leader will have impact on key Life@ innovation and design, metrics and drive diversity and inclusion within our benefit programs. This person will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment, be data-driven, flexible, ability to navigate through ambiguity and detail-oriented to lead complex projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the strategy and design of Time Away, and Family benefit initiatives to ensure benefit programs meet the needs of a diverse workforce, and are in compliance with all legal requirements and are cost effective and competitive
Lead the execution and employee experience of the Time Away and Family Life@ employee benefits Design and implement effective communication and education strategies supporting our Life@ programs Lead, coach and develop Life@ Program Managers Identify, assemble and lead cross-functional team to solve problems in an innovative way Consistently search for new opportunities to elevate our employee benefits offering by reviewing competitors, understanding industry best practices and developing market partnerships and influencing industry leaders/partners Leverage data and user research to track and evaluate performance and develop insight-based recommendations for action to design and deliver effective programs and education campaigns and experiences in all moments that matter Deliver clear and compelling presentations of strategies and ideas to stakeholders Manage, own and track budgets to maximize ROI and achieve financial plans Drive benefits process improvement activities, including process design, documentation, and training through shared services partner Provide strategic guidance to global HR teams to ensure consistent global approaches Design Guiding Principles for Time Away and Family programs through utilizing industry best practice standards and regulatory/legal requirements Develop design program design recommendations and ensuring consensus of internal stakeholders Work closely with external consultants, service providers and internal partners to ensure that offerings, plan design, oversight and governance of each plan meets business objectives Select and manage vendors to ensure benefit programs are administered properly and in the most cost-efficient manner. Monitors vendor performance in accordance with service level agreements
