Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years health and well-being program management experience including designing and implementing programs on a global scale within a corporate environment.
10 years people management experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Licensed mental health clinician (Master’s or PhD level).
10 years of experience providing clinical treatment to diverse groups of adults with a wide-range of presenting issues.
Experience developing both board based and targeted mental health and well-being strategies for specific health risks and/or business challenges.
Strong strategic approach, including extensive analytical, evaluation and behavioral change experience related to employee mental health and well-being.
Proven success in developing and managing a creative, industry-leading mental health and well-being program.
Proven leadership skills demonstrating results orientation, collaboration, flexibility, and adaptability related to mental health and well-being programs.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and evolution of our long-term global mental health and well-being strategy. Drive the mental health and well-being engagement strategy globally, that are culturally sensitive, across employees in collaboration with other stakeholders.
Drive strategic recommendations on program offerings and designs and the implementation of new programs and services. Ensure strong collaboration and integration with adjacent benefits and people strategies.
Develop, execute, and evolve a scalable mental health and well-being playbook for business leaders and supporting people partners.
Identify, develop, and measure interventions for specific prioritized risk factors or specific product areas and functions.
Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion related work on mental health and well-being disparities and lead the oversight and management of all relevant vendor/partner relationships.
