In this role, you will provide thoughtful leadership for all health plan benefits and their delivery within the US. As a Manager, you will contribute industry experience and a desire to create simple and high-quality healthcare delivery and benefit coverage solutions for Googlers and their families.

Develop and manage long-term US Healthcare Strategy, analyze benefits costs and policies, and make recommendations on plan design changes and implementation of new benefits and healthcare programs and services.Develop and manage a health care delivery system for Googlers and their families, including the long-term strategy for on-site medical services, community provider relationships, and the integration of technology solutions.Provide oversight and management of all relevant healthcare vendor/partner relationships.Manage the public policy priorities for Google in the area of US Healthcare benefits via relationships with third-party advocacy partners.Manage activities associated with the ERISA plan audits. ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, DOL, FMLA, USERRA, and other federal, state, and local laws as applicable and assist as needed on other audits, either internal or external.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in healthcare program management and implementing programs within corporate environments.
5 years of experience in people management.
Experience in the management of self-insured employer health and welfare plans, including analytical and financial experience.
Experience establishing relationships and working collaboratively across multiple offices and geographies.
Experience representing strategic direction to Leadership and broad-based audiences.
Experience around the development of healthcare provider networks.
