As the Senior Director for Healthcare Benefits, you will be accountable for leading the strategic design, execution, and ongoing management for all US health plan benefits (medical, dental, vision, FSA) and the healthcare delivery solutions for all Googlers and their families. Key to this role will be the successful integration of Google’s health plan partners, on-site Wellness Centers, community healthcare providers, and centers-of-excellence, to ensure access to a simple, high quality healthcare experience.
Your team will be focused on healthcare delivery and be accountable for program development, implementation, ongoing operations, metrics and analysis demonstrating program impact around the triple aim framework of efficiency, effectiveness, and experience.

Manage the design and evolution of our long-term US Healthcare strategy. Analyze benefits costs and policies to maintain equity with current benefit trends, compliance standards and legislated requirements.
Lead the design and evolution of a health care delivery system for Googlers and their families.
Lead DEI related work on US healthcare disparities and manage the oversight and management of all relevant healthcare vendor/partner relationships.
Drive the public policy priorities for Google in the area of US Healthcare benefits via relationships with third party advocacy partners.
In collaboration with Google’s legal team, oversee activities associated with the Employee Retirement Income Security Act plan audits, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws as applicable.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of healthcare program management experience, including designing and implementing programs within a corporate environment.
10 years of people management experience.
10 years of experience in strategic roles, including analytical, evaluation and financial experience.
Experience with Value Based Healthcare solutions for self-insured employers, Compliance, M&A and engagement strategies.
Experience partnering with Mental Health, Well Being and DEI experts.
Experience with a deep data driven approach to population health risks and solutions.
Senior level management experience in a high performing and fast paced global environment.
Ability to represent strategic direction to leadership, stakeholders, and other broad-based audiences.
Ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively across multiple offices and geographies.
