Come join our team as our new Manager of Health and Well-being. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of competitive health and well-being programs that drive improved health outcomes while maintaining costs that are better than or consistent with benchmark companies.
Manage Health Plan Performance (30%)
Measure performance of health plan programming.
Partner with key medical & Rx vendors to identify opportunities to implement evidence based programs to drive improved health outcomes and reduced cost.
Ensure innovative and competitive value based plan designs and contracting methodologies are leveraged to drive strong plan performance.
Lead health plan vendor management and RFPs.
Partner with Finance to ensure plan design and outcomes are reflected in budget.
Drive Health Plan Innovation (20%)
Develop and administer innovative point solutions to address health risks, cost drivers and employee engagement strategies.
Ensure strong implementation, ongoing oversight, and reporting of outcomes.
Champion Employee Well-being (25%)
Develop, execute, and measure innovative employee well-being programs that drive strong employee engagement, increased participation, and improved health risks.
Lead team of four remote Wellness Specialists to ensure strong and consistent program execution across all US Operating Companies and at each site.
Facilitate strong integration of Health & Well-being programs with the workplace safety initiatives.
Proactively collaborate with internal marketing and business leaders to ensure Nestle products are appropriately integrated into our employee Health and Well-being programming.
Develop and Report Business Insights and Strategies 20%
Develop and leverage data driven insights to identify target populations for health improvement, program outcomes and return on investment.
Present insights and outcomes to HR leaders in the organization.

Skills & Experience
5 + years of employer sponsored benefits experience
3+ years’ employee health & wellbeing experience
3 years vendor management experience
Proven project management skills
Strong curiosity and highly driven
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
Ability to travel approximately 20%
Education & Training
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related or comparable work experience
