We are looking for a strong Benefits Delivery Analyst to join the team.

About the Role
This role reports to the US Benefits Delivery Manager. You will closely partner with the Benefits COE to provide best in class benefits program execution. As a Benefits Delivery Analyst, you will directly shape how benefits are administered and delivered at Workday, from processes and procedures, issue research and resolution, vendor integrations, systems data exchanges, reporting, and compliance for all US benefit programs.
Partner with the Benefits COE and Benefits Delivery teams to administer the Workday benefits program on the Workday Platform.
Ensure effective transfer of eligibility and elections to vendor partners. Including management of error reporting and troubleshooting any system or integration issues.
Collaborate with internal resources on the execution of new programs, projects, and partnerships.
Manage core administrative functions including life events, employee election, eligibility questions, and system maintenance.
Perform internal audit processes to ensure accuracy of data and the integrity of program delivery.
Facilitate 401(k) and spending account reconciliations.
Work with vendors and internal teams to manage year end file transitions.
Exhibit an employee/customer mindsight when executing tasks, and ensuring our vendor partners are meeting critical needs.
Establish strong partnerships with our Tier 1 and Benefits COE teams
Participate in cross-functional projects to implement changes or new offerings and streamline operations.
Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and address needed corrections.
Participate in the execution of the annual benefits renewal and open enrollment processes including Workday system and vendor integration updates and delivery of the open enrollment experience.
Participate in ongoing Workday product releases and testing.
Participate in research and analysis for policies and programs.

You know benefits administration from hands-on experience gained through either in-house program delivery, or from your prior positions at a benefits outsourcing company. You have previously operated and succeeded in this type of benefits delivery model.
Thorough knowledge of key health and welfare benefits administration functions, including vendor interaction points, employee changes, and the annual enrollment experience.
Strong ability to project manage and effectively navigate competing priorities.
Demonstrated understanding of best practices around benefits delivery, integrations, and processes.
Experience with direct/in-sourced benefits administration.
Understanding of employee life events, including limitations and regulations.
Understanding of financial benefits, such as 401(k), HSA, and FSA, and their administrative/regulatory requirements.
Must have 3+ years Workday HCM experience.
Three years in an US benefits execution capacity with a mid to large size company.
Previous experience with benefits administration using Workday.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment for technology changes.
Experience with case management platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc).
