About Your Role:
As a Reward Partner based in the United Kingdom, you will be instrumental in developing and communicating effective benefits and recognition policies for the supported countries within the EMEA region. Your work will ensure that our rewards align with global standards while catering to local needs, enhancing Roche’s position as a top employer.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Program Design: Create and manage comprehensive benefits packages, including healthcare, pensions, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
Compliance and Best Practices: Monitor regulatory environments to ensure compliance and stay abreast of industry best practices to continually refine our offerings.
Collaborative Solutions Development: Work closely with Compensation Reward Partners and local Pay, Time, and Benefits experts to develop tailored compensation solutions that address complex issues.
Stakeholder Engagement: Provide expert consultation on benefits topics to business leaders, ensuring strategic alignment with our organizational goals.
Employee Value Communication: Actively promote our rewards programs as a key component of Roche’s Employee Value Proposition.
Your Skills and Experience:
Proven Expertise: Extensive experience managing benefits programs across multiple countries, with specific knowledge of the United Kingdom and Northern Europe.
Analytical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills, proficient in tools like Excel Google Sheets and SmartSheet, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives.
Strategic Thinking: Deep understanding of global and local benefits practices, with a track record of designing and managing effective programs.
Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Growth Mindset: A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, embracing challenges and feedback to enhance business processes.

Our UK Pharmaceutical head office is situated in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, with beautiful countryside surrounding the area.
