Traction Award

The Traction Award is a semi-annual award (Spring / Fall) recognizing the innovator, among those selected by our members to present, with the most employer interest through our match-making process.

Impact Award

The Impact Award recognizes the innovator who has demonstrated the most meaningful results through member implementations in the last year.
