Impact Through Action
The organization started 8 years ago out of the need for objective support in identifying and assessing emerging solutions to sift through the noise and stay ahead of the curve amid a rapidly changing competitive landscape.
Although our roots at EHIR live in healthcare, the model has been so successful that it only made sense to replicate across new Employer verticals.
As we look ahead, we’re excited to solve new problems with a proven model to improve innovation in legal operations.
The Legal Tech Innovation Roundtable (LTIR) represents an inaugural class of the nation’s most innovative leaders from F500 companies. The first LTIR pilot will launch in the Fall of 2021
Executive level engagement in our innovation process and participation in our Spring & Fall Roundtables
Commitment to implement at least one new solution each year through our matchmaking process
Willingness to share results and learn from recent implementations with the group
How it Works
The first step in the process is to carefully vet and curate a list of innovative solutions that meet our LTIR Member priorities. To do this, we solicit “innovator” submissions twice per year in anticipation of our Fall and Spring Roundtables. Incoming innovators are invited to share key details related to their solution, stage and ability to deploy to an LTIR Member.
LTIR Members are organized into specific Cohorts. These carefully crafted peer groups meet twice per year (Spring and Fall) to collaborate and hear from voted-in innovators in a “shark-tank” style presentation format.
Matchmaking is a key part of the LTIR process. A “match” is a member-initiated relationship with an innovator. It is an invitation to continue the conversation about how a specific solution could fit within the legal function of a specific employer. Following a match request, the LTIR team will send a warm introduction connecting leadership on both sides.
LTIR Members share learnings, reference checks, and questions to accelerate high value emerging solutions.
To submit for LTIR consideration, please complete the below submission form by 11:59p CT August 17th. There is no cost to submit. Following submission, our curation team will carefully review and score each solution.
Final presenters will be selected based on independent voting from our LTIR Members. If selected, there is a $3,500 presentation fee due upon invitation. This fee includes a prep call with our LTIR team, up to 60 min. of LTIR-specific advisory and a 20 min. presentation to our LTIR Members.
