The Total Rewards/Employee Benefits Center of Expertise within Human Resources is responsible for the design, implementation and delivery of the company's U.S. employee benefit plans and programs. The employee population includes our U.S. based employees, retirees and deferred vested pensioners. Plans and programs encompass a broad array of benefits and programs, including healthcare, personal protection, absence, pension and savings, and wellbeing.
The Manager, Benefits (Health) is responsible for supporting the Health Benefits Director with respect to the U.S. health and wellbeing benefit programs (for example, medical, dental, vision, FSA, work/life programs), including ensuring the programs are competitive, cost effective and meet quality standards, handling vendor contracts, ensuring plans follow legislative and regulatory updates, and developing and delivering benefits communications. The role will have a more active role in these activities with respect to work/life wellbeing programs.
What you can expect:
Manage a suite of US work/life wellbeing programs including gathering and analyzing industry trends, conducting a financial assessment, initiating project plans, ensuring program design follows legislative and regulatory updates and proactively handling vendor contracts
With respect to work/life wellbeing benefits, build implementation plans; develop materials for delivery team; develop communications; develop and/or review education materials; provide support to delivery team on plan interpretation
Support the Health Benefits Director with respect to the U.S. health benefit programs (for example, medical, dental, vision, FSA programs) in ensuring the programs are competitive, cost effective and meet quality standards, managing vendor contracts, ensuring plans are aligned with legislative and regulatory updates, and developing and delivering benefits communications
In support of the Lead – Global Benefits Strategy & Design and Health Benefits Director, assist in the development of strategies to drive the health of the employee population
What you’ll need:
4 years demonstrable experience related to health and wellbeing benefits
Experience from a Fortune 500 company and highly matrixed work environment
Strong consultative expertise
Clear and concise oral and written communication skills
Ability to exercise discretion in decision making and judgment
Strong collaboration and influencing skills
Affinity for innovative benefits program development
It’d be a plus if you had:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college / university
CEBS certification

The salary range for this role is from $111,400.00 to $165,800.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
